The Year of Arrival:
2025's Historic Milestones and the Platform's First 500-Job Technician
In the annals of platform history, 2025 will forever be remembered as the year everything changed. This was the season when career trajectories shattered expectations, when rookies rewrote the record books, and when one technician crossed a threshold no one had reached before.
Danny Gutierrez became the first technician ever to cross 500 lifetime repairs, finishing the year with 515 total jobs and 492 repairs to his name. His 45-week active streak stands as the longest in platform history, representing nearly a full year without missing a single week. What makes Danny's achievement even more remarkable is the arc of his season: after a modest first half of 2025 with just 6 to 14 jobs per month, he exploded in September with 33 jobs, then reached a career pinnacle of 77 jobs in March 2026—his highest single month ever.
But Danny's historic milestone was only part of the story. Four rookies joined the platform in late 2025 and immediately began rewriting what we thought possible in a debut season.
Justin Nunn joined on September 12, 2025 and logged 548 total jobs in his first season—278 repairs and 261 inspections. Despite less than a year on the platform, he sits at number two all-time in repairs, breathing down Danny's neck.
Vasilii Kirillov joined on December 5, 2025 and logged 279 jobs with 264 repairs while building a 31-week active streak—the second-longest on the platform. He's never missed a single week since his first day.
Hector Ruiz joined on November 20, 2025 and posted 296 jobs with 256 repairs, including a historic 85-job December—one of the highest single months ever recorded across the entire platform.
Marco Palacios joined on September 11, 2025 and built a 38-week streak—the longest completed streak in platform history—while logging 138 jobs and 123 repairs.
Beyond individual achievements, consistency defined the elite performers of 2025. Shaphan Hawks logged 247 repairs since March 2026 while maintaining a 16-week active streak, proving consistency from day one. Carl Jarvis, who joined back in 2023, crossed the 50-job milestone during 2025 and finished with 88 lifetime repairs and an 11-week active streak.
The category trends told their own story. Samsung refrigerators dominated the landscape, with platform volume spiking to 27 jobs in January 2026—the highest single-month total in the data. Whirlpool washers grew from just 1 job in September 2025 to a peak of 20 in April 2026, becoming the top category for both Vasilii Kirillov and Hector Ruiz with 19 jobs each. GE refrigerators grew from 3 jobs in September 2025 to 17 in March 2026, becoming Vasilii's number one category with 24 jobs.
The records set in 2025 won't stand forever, but they'll always be remembered as the milestones that proved what's possible when skill meets dedication. This was the year the platform truly arrived.
