• tradespeople who create accounts and upload content (“Users”),

• users of any Serenn mobile app.

• Profile information: trade type, employer/company name, service area, license numbers/certifications (if provided), work history, profile photo, biography, etc.

2.2 User-Generated Content (Photos and Unit Information)

When you upload content, we may collect and store:

• Photos/images of units, equipment, fixtures, systems, and surrounding environments.
• Unit details you input: manufacturer, model, serial numbers, condition, install context, and related notes.
• Embedded metadata: timestamps, geolocation, device identifiers, and other metadata that may be included in image files (e.g., EXIF data).

2.3 Household / Property Information That May Appear in Photos

Photos of units taken in homes or properties may contain or reveal information about the household or property, including:

• address indicators, unique identifiers, or other context;
• occupants' personal information visible in the environment (mail, photos on walls, names, etc.);
• property layout, belongings, or other sensitive details.

You are responsible for removing or avoiding capture of personal or sensitive household information unless you have authorization.

2.4 Information We Collect Automatically

We may collect:

• Device and usage data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, referral URLs, pages/screens viewed, timestamps, clickstream data.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used for login, analytics, performance, and advertising/marketing (where applicable).

• identity/verification providers (if you opt into verification),

• advertising/marketing partners,

• advertisers/marketing partners (where applicable),

• units/equipment and associated attributes,
• users/tradespeople profiles and activity,
• households/properties to the extent such information is present in or derived from uploads and usage.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that such disclosures may occur without additional notice or additional consent, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4.3 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms.

4.4 Business Transfers

If Serenn is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.5 Public or Shared Areas

If the Service includes social/network features, information you mark as public or share with others will be visible according to your settings.

5. Content Moderation and Removal

We may review, remove, restrict, or delete content for policy enforcement, safety, operational reasons, or for any reason at our discretion (see our Terms of Use).

6. Data Retention; Account Closure

We retain information for as long as we determine is necessary for business, legal, operational, or security purposes.

If you close your account:

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection/opt-out of certain processing. We will honor applicable rights as required by law.

• update certain profile information in your account settings (if available),
• opt out of certain marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link.

Note: Some jurisdictions require providing an opt-out for the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If and where required, Serenn will provide the legally required mechanisms.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
