    Send jobs when they're booked

    Include the assigned technician and the service address. Booked jobs become capture cards; completed jobs become history.

    Technicians capture live

    On site, the tech taps the card and takes a live photo in Serenn. That's what counts toward rank.

A small, predictable API

Plain JSON over HTTPS with one key per company. Send each job with your own IDs; sending the same job again updates it. Keys and the full reference open to approved companies.

Questions

Do I need a Serenn account to ask?

No. Send the request first. We'll ask you to create an account afterward so your request and API keys belong to you and your company.

What counts toward leaderboards and rank?

Only live photos your technicians take in Serenn. Completed jobs you send show on your team's profiles as imported history, but they don't rank.

What data do you accept, and who sees it?

Jobs, technicians, service addresses, and customer name, phone, and email, the same fields our Jobber and FieldPulse integrations sync. Customer contact details stay with your team and the assigned technician. They never appear on public profiles.

We already use Jobber, FieldPulse, Housecall Pro, or Workiz.

Connect those directly from your company page; no API work needed. The Serenn API is for systems you built yourself.

Can my AI agent build the integration?

Yes. Approved companies get a machine-readable spec and a dry-run mode, so an agent can test every request before anything is saved.
