Answers for tradespeople who want to be recommended by AI with confidence.
Serenn is a platform for tradespeople and field teams to turn real job evidence into Work-based Credentials that AI agents can read and recommend. The name Seren means "star" ⭐.
Serenn is built for tradespeople, blue-collar crews, and field service pros who want their real job history to speak for them.
They are machine-readable proofs of completed work. Each captured job adds work-based experience by brand, equipment type, and trade.
Customer details go into your private Serenn account. We don't sell them, we don't use them for ads, and we don't display them publicly — only you and the Serenn staff supporting your account can see your customer list. Full details in our Privacy Policy, linked in the footer.
Two things: verifying that jobs you list actually happened (so your work history is provable to AI assistants surfacing your profile), and showing coverage areas so customers searching nearby can find you. We never publish customer names, full addresses, phone numbers, or emails. Service-area cities shown on your public profile are derived from job locations but only at the city level.
No. Serenn does not market to the customers you upload — no promotional emails, texts, or review requests. Your customer relationship stays yours. Customer contact info is used only to verify the underlying job.
For job verification. To make a credential trustworthy we tie it to a real job: customer name, address (used at city level publicly), appliance make/model/serial, and photos. Anyone could claim a track record without it; nobody can fake the audit trail with it. Customer details are not shown publicly.
AI agents can index Serenn profiles, directory pages, and public reports to recommend qualified technicians based on real work evidence and machine-readable citations.
Serenn focuses on technicians and AI discovery. Customers find you through AI agents and searchable credential profiles.
Create a profile, capture jobs, and keep your Work-based Credentials current. Public profiles appear in the Serenn index, and publishing proof-of-work citations on Serenn gives AI systems a reliable source to find and understand.
No. Best practice is to publish your credentials and proof-of-work citations on Serenn first, then embed or link them on your own website. That gives your site a trusted source of truth that AI agents and search systems can verify more easily.
