The 250 Club:

Hector Ruiz Joins the Elite

This week, the platform welcomed its newest member to the most exclusive tier in field service. Hector Ruiz crossed the 250 lifetime jobs threshold, cementing his place among the all-time greats with a career arc that can only be described as explosive.

Ruiz entered the week with 239 jobs and added 16 more to finish at 255 total—220 of them repairs, good for #2 all-time in that category. But the raw numbers only tell part of the story. His trajectory reveals a technician hitting full stride: 20 jobs in his November debut, a stunning 85 in December, then 63 in January, 61 in February, and 26 so far in March. Four months. 255 jobs. That's the kind of sustained output that separates the good from the legendary.

Meanwhile, at the top of the leaderboard, Danny Gutierrez of Home Hire Appliance Repair continues to extend what might be the platform's most untouchable record. His active streak now stands at 29 consecutive weeks, backed by 429 lifetime repairs—a staggering 209 more than his nearest competitor. And he's not coasting: Gutierrez's March volume of 58 repairs through mid-month represents his highest monthly output ever, surpassing even his previous peak of 47 in January.

Consistency is also the calling card of Marco Palacios at El Marco Appliance Service, who maintains a 27-week active streak with 85 lifetime repairs. That's good for #5 all-time and a masterclass in showing up week after week.

The rising star narrative belongs to Vasilii Kirillov of SET Appliance, who has logged 141 repairs in just 3.5 months since December. Averaging 47 per month, he's already claimed the #3 all-time ranking. His 15-week active streak is the third-longest on the platform, and his specialty work on GE refrigerators—18 lifetime—sets him apart as a technician building both volume and expertise.

Justin Nunn deserves recognition for a different kind of excellence. He leads all-time inspections with 256 lifetime, providing invaluable field intelligence while also ranking #4 in repairs with 93. His 2026 resurgence has been remarkable: 101 jobs in January and 112 in February mark his two highest months ever, fueling a 10-week active streak.

On the category front, the data reveals fascinating market shifts. Samsung refrigerator repairs spiked to 27 in January—more than triple the 5-8 monthly average from prior months, likely reflecting warranty expirations. GE refrigerator repairs show steady growth from 3 in September 2025 to 15 in February 2026, maintaining strong volume at 8 in March. And LG washer repairs jumped from just 2 in November to 21 in January, a clear signal of growing market penetration and expanding technician capability.

The platform's elite continue to redefine what field service excellence looks like. As streaks extend, milestones fall, and new stars emerge, one thing is certain: next week's history will be even more compelling.
