Three technicians, one week, and a leaderboard that barely left room for anyone else. In the week running October 26 to November 2, 2026, Shaphan Hawks of ASAP Appliance Repair logged 21 repairs, about a third of the platform's 64, and pushed his weekly streak to 33. A streak that long makes the top of the board look easy, but the week had more going on underneath.

Hawks was not alone at the top. Nick Harko of Good Tech Appliance took second with 15 repairs and one maintenance call, and his weekly streak stands at 14. Victor Acosta of Tammy's Appliance Repair finished third with 11 repairs and a 15-week streak. Together the three logged 47 of the week's 64 repairs.

Acosta's week was the most interesting of the three, because he never repeated himself. His 11 repairs landed in 11 different categories, from Amana dryers to LG washers, GE dishwashers and Whirlpool ranges, one job each. He works the whole kitchen and laundry room, not a single niche. Further down the board, Vasilii Kirillov of SET Appliance logged 5 repairs and holds a 13-week streak. Danny Gutierrez of Home Hire added 4 repairs and carries a 24-week streak, the second longest of the techs checked.

The category numbers had their own surprise. Whirlpool dryers jumped from 1 job to 4, up 300%, and Hawks took every one of them, so the category leaderboard has a single name on it. Whirlpool dryers still weren't the busiest category. GE washers led everything with 6 jobs, up from 5 the week before. LG washers came next with 5, then those Whirlpool dryers with 4.

The washer categories also produced two dead heats. In GE washers, Hawks and Harko tied at 2 repairs each, with Carlos Montano and Acosta at 1 apiece behind them. In LG washers, Anthony Moya of Anthony Appliance Repair matched Hawks at 2, with Acosta again trailing at 1. Moya's entire week came to 2 repairs, both on LG washers, so he made his mark in one category.

The dryer board also picked up new names. Estate dryers were first logged on October 26 and Fisher & Paykel dryers on October 27, both inside the week, and each has 1 job so far. Amana dryers returned with 2 jobs after a quiet prior week, though their history goes back to April. KitchenAid dishwashers (2) and LG microwaves (2) also came back from zero.

Hawks showed up again, as he has for 33 straight weeks. With Acosta's range across categories and two new dryer brands on the board, next week has plenty of room to surprise.
