October brought a quiet kind of drama to the platform's history books: one milestone, one commanding leader, and a streak that keeps growing. Alex C of Integrity Services is the story of the month, crossing the 500-repair mark, the only threshold anyone passed all month. Alex entered October with 483 repairs and finished with 548.
That total tells a remarkable story given how recently the climb began. Alex's first job was June 8, and every one of the 548 platform jobs is a repair. The monthly pace ran 93, 133, 117, 140, and then 65 in October. September's 140 was the high point, and October's slower month still carried Alex past the line.
Alex is chasing a familiar name. Shaphan Hawks of ASAP Appliance Repair leads the all-time repair board with 713, and he logged 115 in October against Alex's 65 in the same month. Alex holds second place with 548 repairs, 165 behind Hawks. Third-place Vasilii Kirillov has 370, so the top two have pulled well clear of the field. Kirillov, for his part, bounced back with 45 jobs in October, after a 10-job low in July and 27 in each of August and September. It is his best month since March's 49.
Hawks also owns the platform's consistency crown. He has logged work in 33 consecutive weeks, the streak is still live, and it is both his longest ever and the longest active streak on the platform. Behind him, Danny Gutierrez is on a 24-week active run, chasing his own best of 35 weeks. Marco Palacios is at 16 weeks, with a personal best of 38 behind him. Victor Acosta of Tammy's Appliance Repair is on a 15-week active streak, and his monthly volume grew from 14 in June to 44 in September, then held at 41 in October. Alex's best run was 19 consecutive weeks, and it isn't active right now, which makes Alex the one top-three name whose streak has paused.
The long view of the categories adds more texture. GE washer volume has stepped up since summer, running 10 in June and 14 in July, then 27, 24 and 22 in August through October. GE washers are Hawks' top category with 51 lifetime repairs, and a top-five category for Alex C, with 28. Samsung refrigerator repairs tell a different story: they peaked at 27 in January and hit 24 in August, then fell to just 5 in October, a sharp cooldown worth watching.
Looking ahead, November has plenty to offer. With Hawks' streak at 33 weeks and Gutierrez and Palacios chasing their own bests, the month could add to the streak records. Alex C will be looking to restart a streak while closing that 165-repair gap.
