Alex C Finishes the Quarter With 390 Repairs to Shaphan Hawks' 351, and GE Refrigerators Jump 108%
Some quarters are decided by a sprint. This one, running from July into the start of October 2026, came down to a duel between two technicians who would not let each other breathe, while a wave of refrigerator and washer work reshaped the board underneath them.
At the top, Alex C of Integrity Services closed with 390 repairs. That is 39 more than Shaphan Hawks and about 31% of the platform's 1,265 repairs. Shaphan finished with 351, but he holds the longest active weekly streak we checked, at 29 weeks. Alex C's streak stands at 17. One has the volume, the other has the staying power.
Their rivalry splits down the middle by category. Shaphan leads Whirlpool washer repairs with 22 to Alex C's 20. Alex C answers by taking GE refrigerators with 22, against Shaphan's 6.
GE is the brand to watch. Its refrigerators more than doubled, from 24 jobs last quarter to 50, a gain of 26 and a rise of 108%. GE washers climbed from 38 to 65, a gain of 27 jobs and the biggest in absolute terms. Electrolux refrigerators rose 110%, from 20 to 42 jobs. In that category Shaphan Hawks has 14 repairs and Alex C 13, with Nick Harko third at 4. Elsewhere, Whirlpool ranges grew 240%, from 5 jobs to 17, and Kenmore dryers doubled from 12 to 24. Whirlpool washers remain the volume king at 67 jobs.
Not every story is about the leaders. Victor Acosta of Tammy's Appliance Repair has quietly claimed a niche. He logged 9 of the platform's 10 Hoshizaki ice maker jobs this quarter, and the only other tech on that board is David Hair, with 1. Victor ranks fifth overall with 84 repairs, plus 5 maintenance jobs and 3 inspections. He works a wide range of brands, and his weekly streak is 11 weeks.
Behind the two leaders, Nick Harko of Good Tech Appliance is a clear third with 136 repairs, 16 of them on LG refrigerators, and a 10-week streak. David Hair has 90 repairs and Victor Acosta has 84. Vasilii Kirillov has 64 with a 9-week streak. Marco Palacios (54) and Danny Gutierrez (47) round out the top eight.
The wider pattern is plain. Repairs were 1,265 of the quarter's jobs, and the rest were 24 maintenance, 19 inspection and 9 installation. Hands-on repair work is almost the whole platform. Within that thin slice of other work, Nick Harko stands out again as the top scout, with 8 inspections on top of his repairs and 13 maintenance jobs. David Zamir is next with 4 inspections.
Put it together and the next quarter looks tight. Alex C's 39-repair lead faces Shaphan Hawks' 29-week streak, and with GE and Electrolux refrigerators running hot, the next leaderboard shuffle may well start there.
