The 500 Club Welcomes Its Second Member: Justin Nunn's Historic Climb

In the five-year history of the platform, only one technician had ever crossed the 500-job threshold. Until this week. Justin Nunn surged from 464 to 503 lifetime jobs in a single seven-day span, becoming the second member of the exclusive 500 Club. His career total now stands at 235 repairs and 259 inspections, a balanced mix that reflects both versatility and volume.

But Nunn isn't the only technician rewriting the record books. Ulises Perez of PROFIX reached 100 lifetime repairs this week—a milestone made more remarkable by the fact that all 121 jobs he's logged since March 17 have been pure repair work. Zero inspections. Zero other service types. Just repairs, delivered at a blistering pace.

The numbers behind these milestones tell a story of explosive growth. Nunn logged 101 jobs in January, 112 in February, and 109 in March—a three-month average of 107 jobs per month, the fastest sustained ramp-up the platform has ever seen. Perez, meanwhile, went from zero to 121 repairs in just five weeks, posting 51 in March and 70 in April so far. That's an average of 24 repairs per week with 100% repair classification, a pace and purity unmatched in recent memory.

While Nunn climbs the all-time leaderboard, the top spot remains firmly in the hands of Danny Gutierrez, who leads all technicians with 451 lifetime repairs. But Gutierrez's April volume—just 5 jobs—is a steep drop from his record-breaking 77-job March, raising questions about whether the door is opening for challengers. Hector Ruiz sits in second place with 247 repairs, trailing Gutierrez by 204 but maintaining a 9-week active streak and a 57-repair monthly average since November. Nunn ranks third in repairs with 235, just 12 behind Ruiz—a gap that could close in one strong week. And while he trails in repairs, Nunn now leads the entire platform in total jobs with 503.

The consistency battle is equally compelling. Gutierrez has logged at least one job for 34 consecutive weeks, the longest active streak on the platform and an unmatched record of sustained output. Marco Palacios of El Marco Appliance Service holds a 32-week streak and sits at 99 lifetime repairs, one job away from the century mark. Vasilii Kirillov of SET Appliance has maintained a 20-week streak with 184 lifetime repairs, ranking fourth all-time.

Beyond individual performances, the platform's work mix is shifting. LG Refrigerator repairs nearly tripled from 4 jobs in October 2025 to 19 in March 2026, reflecting a broader move toward refrigeration work. Samsung Refrigerators spiked from 6 jobs in October to 27 in January—a 350% increase—before moderating to 8 in April. Whirlpool Washer repairs grew from 1 job in September 2025 to 18 in March 2026, signaling steady expansion in the laundry category.

With Nunn in the 500 Club and Perez hitting 100 repairs in record time, the platform's competitive landscape is intensifying. The next chapter is already being written.
